Can I watch the workouts on my TV?
Yes, you can. You just can’t download the app directly to your TV. Instead, you can:
Open the workouts on your phone and Chromecast to your smart TV.
Use a laptop or tablet and connect to your TV with an HDMI cable.
Or, access the workouts straight through your browser.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, every membership comes with a free 7-day trial.
If you're using our mobile app, you can save videos for offline playback, allowing you to watch your chosen videos later without an internet connection.
How is the app different from your YouTube channel?
The app is designed to give you a fuller experience than YouTube. While my YouTube channel has mostly shorter workouts (20 minutes or less), the app has 3x more workouts, including longer sessions, strength training, and Jump&Jacked workouts that mix strength and cardio. You’ll also find programs, challenges, and a brand-new Weekly Workout Program to follow every week. Plus, there’s a supportive community chat where you can connect with other jumpers from around the world.
